সংক্ষেপে
খাবার খাতা ব্যবহার করতে অ্যাকাউন্ট লাগে না, আর আমরা আপনার কোনো ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ, সংরক্ষণ বা বিক্রি করি না।
যা আপনার ডিভাইসেই থাকে
- কোন কোন জেলার খাবার খেয়েছেন বলে দাগিয়েছেন
- কার্ডে লেখা নাম
- কার্ডের জন্য বাছা ছবি
- আপনার বাছা ভাষা, কার্ডের রং ও মাপ
এগুলো শুধু আপনার ফোন বা কম্পিউটারের ব্রাউজারে (অথবা অ্যাপের ভেতরে) জমা থাকে। আমাদের সার্ভারে পাঠানো হয় না। ব্রাউজারের ডেটা মুছলে বা অ্যাপ আনইনস্টল করলে এগুলোও মুছে যায়।
বন্ধুর সাথে লিংক শেয়ার
"আমার লিংক কপি করুন" চাপলে আপনার বাছা খাবারগুলো আর নাম লিংকের ভেতরেই কোড আকারে বসে যায়। লিংকটা আপনি যাকে পাঠান সে-ই দেখতে পায়। আমরা সেটা কোথাও জমা রাখি না।
ফেসবুক বা মেসেঞ্জারের ভেতরের ব্রাউজার থেকে কার্ডটা Chrome বা Safari-তে খুললে আপনার বাছা খাবারগুলোর কোড লিংকের ভেতরেই যায়, যাতে ওখানে আপনার কার্ড তৈরি থাকে। আপনার নাম ও ছবি তাতে থাকে না।
ভাষা
সাইট প্রথমে বাংলায় খোলে। আপনি English বাছলে সেই পছন্দটা আপনার ব্রাউজারেই মনে রাখা হয়, কোথাও পাঠানো হয় না।
অ্যাপের অনুমতি
- ছবি বাছা: কার্ডে নিজের ছবি বসাতে চাইলে গ্যালারি থেকে একটা ছবি বাছতে হয়। ছবিটা ফোনের বাইরে যায় না।
- গ্যালারিতে সেভ: বানানো কার্ড আপনার গ্যালারিতে সেভ করার জন্য।
ভিজিটের হিসাব
ওয়েবসাইটটি Cloudflare-এ হোস্ট করা। কতজন সাইটে এসেছে তা বোঝার জন্য পরিচয়হীন, কুকি-ছাড়া পরিসংখ্যান ব্যবহার হতে পারে। এতে আপনাকে আলাদা করে চেনা যায় না।
শিশুদের জন্য
সাইট ও অ্যাপ সব বয়সের জন্য নিরাপদ, আর কারো কাছ থেকেই ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য নেওয়া হয় না।

In short
You do not need an account to use Khabar Khata, and we do not collect, store or sell any personal information about you.
What stays on your device
- The districts whose food you have marked as eaten
- The name you type for the card
- The photo you choose for the card
- Your chosen language, and the card’s colour and size
These are kept only in the browser on your phone or computer (or inside the app). They are not sent to our servers. If you clear your browser data or uninstall the app, they are deleted too.
Sharing a link with a friend
When you tap "Copy my link", the foods you selected and your name are written into the link itself as a code. Only the people you send the link to can see it. We do not keep it anywhere.
If you open your card in Chrome or Safari from inside the Facebook or Messenger browser, a code for the foods you selected is carried inside the link so that your card is ready there. Your name and photo are not included.
Language
The site opens in Bangla. If you switch to English, that choice is remembered in your browser and is not sent anywhere.
App permissions
- Choosing a photo: to put your photo on the card you pick one image from your gallery. The photo does not leave your phone.
- Saving to the gallery: so the card you make can be saved to your gallery.
Visit statistics
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Anonymous, cookie-free statistics may be used to understand how many people visit. They do not identify you.
Children
The site and the app are safe for all ages, and no personal information is taken from anyone.
